A new playable character, Caesar King, was revealed by official Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) accounts through the regular drip marketing. Check out what we know about Caesar King in ZZZ here.
ZZZ Drip Marketing: Caesar King
Caesar is the leader of theSons of Calydon faction. The quotes in her Agent Record confirm that Billy Kid of the Cunning Hares was once under her command. Furthermore, it also makes sense that she is the “certain gang leader from the Outer Ring” mentioned in Billy’s Agent Intel 1. It says that Billy “maintains a close connection” with her.

Bryson Maddock
Gameplay-wise, Caesar King is aPhysical Defensecharacter. This makes her the first Agent of this archetype. Assuming that she is an S-rank character, Caesar will also be the first Defense Agent of this rarity in ZZZ. Moreover, she will be the first S-rank character from Sons of Calydon should this be the case.
Other characters that had quotes related to her were fellow Sons of Calydon member Luciana “Lucy” de Montefio, an entity named “Big Daddy,” and, oddly enough, a table leg.
Billy Kid’s quote implies that Caesar will meet Nicole and Anby. This may occur in the main story’s continuation in the update where the Proxy, alongside the Cunning Hares, meets Caesar.
As the Sons of Calydon are based in the Outer Ring, this may also imply a new area for players to explore in the same update.

Judging by the timing of her reveal, Caesar will be playable on August 06, 2025 with Zenless Zone Zero version 1.2.
She is most likely not the only new Agent in this update. Expect that there will be at least two more playable characters who will be added in the same update, judging by the timing of her reveal.
