Start pre-farming for The Herta’s materials now!
Here are all of the Ascension and Trace materials you need to max out The Herta in Honkai Star Rail.
The Herta is the 5-star version of Herta. She is also Ice Erudition, sharing the archetype with her puppet self.
Her kit revolves around a stacking mechanic that she inflicts onto her enemies.Read more about The Herta’s skills here.
The Herta Ascension Materials
These are all of the materials that The Herta needs for her Ascension. All of these materials can be pre-farmed as of Honkai Star Rail version 2.7.
If you have not yet unlocked the farming node for Dream Fridge, it can be accessed via the Interastral Peace Guide using the “Temporary Early Access” feature. This feature will only be available while The Herta’s banner is ongoing, however.
Locations - Where to find The Herta Ascension materials
Dream Fridge location
The Dream Fridge is the Herta Ascension Material you really need to farm. You can do this in the “Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Nectar” in The Reverie (Dreamscape), Penacony.
If you don’t have this unlocked, either progress in the main story or wait for The Herta’s banner for the Temporary Early Access feature to kick in.
Alternatively, you may use the Omni-Synthesizer - Materials Exchange to acquire this material.
Using the Omni Synthesizer has a limit of 20 exchanges for the Dream Fridge per week. It requires two of a different Ascension material for one Dream Fridge.

In most cases, you shouldn’t require this complete listunlessyou intend on maxing out all of her Traces.
The Rough Sketch, Dynamic Outlining, and Exquisite Colored Draft can be farmed from the Crimson Calyx: Bud of Erudition in the Penacony Grand Theater.
Get the Auspice Sliver material through the Echo of War: Inner Beast’s Battlefield in the Skysplitter on Xianzhou Luofu. You can challenge her a maximum of thrice a week, shared with other Echo of War nodes.
