World of Warcraftis letting players help raise baby dragons in its next content update. This adorable new daily quest hub will arrive whenWorld of Warcraftreleases Patch 10.1.5.
Thenext content update forWorld of Warcraft: Dragonflight, Fractures in Time, arrives on July 11. The patch introduces tons of exciting content to the game, including an eight-boss megadungeon, quality of life features, and several new daily activities.

One such activity will be found at the Little Scales Daycare–a questhub coming to Valdrakken inWorld of WarcraftPatch 10.1.5. Players will receive a note from Herald Flaps, the proto-dragon messenger, that will set them on their whelp-raising journey. Once they arrive at the Little Scales Daycare, they will be able to complete both dailies and story questlines involving a baby dragon NPC of each color as they get into all sorts of adorable hijinks.
Players can earn some excellent rewards from the Little Scales Daycare. Each whelp rewards two companions–one adorable battle pet, and a non-combat one of the baby dragon itself–for completing their graduation quests.
Once players finish all five, they unlock the Hey Nanny Nanny achievement and the Whelptender title. After that,World of Warcraftplayers unlock a series of special Dragonridingraces where they temporarily control the baby dragons themselves. Completing all of these races unlocks the Daycare Derby achievement, and a toy that summons baby dragons to carry the player around and slow their fall for a short time. Lastly, finishing each of the 16 unique daily quests once unlocks the Whelp, There It Is achievement, as well as an adorable Wylderdrake battle pet named Axel.
While players are looking forward toeverythingWorld of WarcraftPatch 10.1.5 has to offer, this new daily activity has garnered a great deal of excitement. The baby dragons ofDragonflighthave been one of its highlights, with several of its most adorable and touching moments involving them. Considering the hub also gives out some great rewards, no doubt many players will be soaring straight to the Little Scales Daycare as soon as the Fractures in Time goes live.
