The Unova Tour has brought a brand new Masterwork Research, with A Dazzling Aria now avaliable in Pokémon GO.
This special Masterwork research is the sixth to be avaliable in Pokémon GO. A Masterwork Research is a very hard, arduous set of tasks that will be hard to complete. There will be several “time gates” throughout the steps.
The Pokémon GO A Dazzling Aria Research is worth the grind though. It rewards a guaranteed encounter with shiny Meloetta. This is the first time this Pokémon has ever been avaliable as a shiny in Pokémon GO.

A Dazzling Aria was avaliable in-game until the end of the Unova Tour, March 2nd. The Masterwork Research was avaliable for purchase for for $4.99. If you attended the GO Tour in Los Angeles or New Taipei City, the Research was included already.

Thankfully, the path to get Shiny Meloetta is a Special Research and not a timed one. That means you may take as long as you need to complete the following steps.

Please also bear in mind that trainers that attended the GO Tour: Unova in person event in Los Angeles and New Taipei City got an easier version of the Masterwork Research. This information is not applicable to those players, and beware of seeing their quest steps instead online.
