The Overwatch 2 PvE Story Missions trailer has arrived just ahead of the Overwatch 2 Invasion launch date of Aug. 10. The cinematic trailer teases what may be in store for players, including some Null Sector attacks, character interactions, and Ramattra’s activities. Overwatch 2 PvE Story Missions trailer reveal Ramattra’s plans
The Overwatch 2 Invasion trailer kicks off with a loud warning. An announcer asks civilians to evacuate to a ferry terminal because of Null Sector’s attack. An omnic at Queen Station, which is located in Toronto, desperately tries to enter a subway car before a beam hits them.
Ramattra then enters the cinematic. “This is not war. This is liberation,” he says.
As pods fall from the sky, both omnics and humans alike attempt to escape Null Sector’s grasp. Winston also tells Sojourn that there’s something different about Null Sector this time around. Sojourn observes how Null Sectorhas taken over most of the cityand is rounding up omnics.

Elsewhere, Lucio talks about how Null Sector is everywhere. He’s also trying his best to hold them off for as long as possible. The support hero is seen leaping toward an airship that has Reinhardt, Winston, Mei, and Brigitte on it.
Genji, Mercy, and Tracer make an appearance shortly after. While Genji notes that there are more to Null Sector’s attacks than meets the eye, Tracer says that the civilians cannot hold out much longer.
Meanwhile, Torbjorn urges Bastion and Brigitte to get some defenses online. Reinhardt observes that there’s a giant killing machine in the area.
The Overwatch 2 PvE Story Missions cinematic trailer then ends with another message from Ramattra.
“This is not cruelty,” Ramattra says. “This is justice.”
