There should be an item called the “Rose Gold Mercy Bundle” that you can click on. Then, press the “Purchase” and “Yes” buttons to get the bundle.
Overwatch 2 Rose Gold Mercy cost
The Rose Gold Mercy skin requires real money. It costs $19.99 USD for the bundle. This means you cannot obtain the skin individually through the hero galley. You cannot get the bundle through any in-game currencies such as Overwatch Coins or Overwatch Credits, either. This is because 100% of the bundle’s purchase price gets donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
