Grounded 2,The Last of Us Part 2’s making-of documentary, will be released on Friday, February 2. The documentary will be viewable on YouTube and inThe Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, where it will be added as part of a new update. The same update will also add new skins for Ellie and Abby, which haven’t been revealed yet. A trailer showed that the documentary will cover many topics from throughout the game’s development, such as leaks, burnout, the COVID-19 pandemic, so-called Naughty Dog magic, the studio’s bold development decisions, and more. Originally, the documentary was intended to be released shortly after the game’s launch similar to the firstGrounded, butGrounded 2was shelved for some time due to COVID-19 issues.
