Ahead of Nicolas Cage’s debut as the live-action version ofSpider-ManNoir,Marvel Comics is bringing the iconic Webslinger variant back in a new series, and the book will have an absolute legend at the helm: Erik Larsen.The visionary creator will write the upcoming five-issue series, putting his proprietary spin on the breakout hit character.
As reported by CBR,Spider-Man: Noir#1, written by Erik Larson, with art by Andrea Broccardo, willfeature the 1930s throwback version of the hero investigating the murder of George Stacy, Gwen’s father.
