Storm Chaser Village location in LEGO Fortnite

You’ll first hear about the Storm Chaser Village and location from Kayden, an NPC that spawns next to your character when you load into a pre-existing or new world. Regardless of whether you’re in the base game map, Lost Isles, or any other region, he’ll appear beside you to share the news about the incoming Storm Chasers invasion.

Once you talk to Kayden about the Storm Chasers, he’ll show you the village location on your map. It’ll appear as a blue-purple marker with a triangle and lightning bolt symbol on it, differentiating it from your standard tent image. It’ll probably be a little farther away from your starting spot, but that’s why we havecars to drive around in.

As you arrive at the purple marker, you’ll find a base camp with the village square inside its walls. You’ll also receive a few quests to collect blast cores and other materials, but you’re free to jump right into the upgrades if you wish.

How to upgrade the Storm Chaser Village in LEGO Fortnite

Much like other villages inLEGO Fortnite, you’ll need to collect resources, defeat enemies, and raise the comfort level to upgrade the Storm Chaser village. Below are the requirements for the first upgrade:

By now, your village should already be at or close to level two comfort, so you won’t have to worry about that. Blast Cores will require a bit of grinding, as you have to go inside caves and Dry Valley to look for Blaster enemies. If you’re in Sandbox mode, you can also spawn some in if you’re curious about future upgrades.

Although cannons are relatively easy to make, requiring only copper and wood planks, metal smelters are slightly advanced with their Blast Core and granite slab requirements. If you were already in the late-game previously, though, you shouldn’t have much trouble making either item.

Once you have some Blast Cores and build both the metal smelter and cannon, you’ll be ready to make your first Storm Chaser village upgrade.
