What is the Hezen Vengeance god roll in Destiny 2?
Hezen Vengeance PvE god roll
This weapon was born for PvE use and is right up there among the best rocket launchers in all of Destiny 2.
Timelost Magazineis a big reason why. This new origin perk reloads and overflows the rocket immediately after you use your super. Constantly reloading the weapon keeps it overflowed after your super, too, so we’re aiming to take advantage of the multiple rockets launched.
There are several ammo perks here butEnvious Arsenalis the best. Dealing damage with your other weapons reloads the weapon for your next use, so continuously switch between your weapons while firing this at a boss.
OverflowandAuto-Loading Holsterare solid picks here too, but Envious Arsenal is the best as it also works with your second column trait.
Bait and Switchis the best damage buff in the game for a rocket launcher and, like Envious Arsenal, is designed with weapon switching in mind.
Explosive Light is also a decent pick as it requires less effort but given you’ll be firing twice the number of shots (thanks to Timelost Magazine) you’ll probably blow through your ammo (and stacks of Ex. Light) very quickly.

Hezen Vengeance PvP god roll
We aren’t going all-in on getting Hezen Vengeance for PvP as Heavy ammo is a rarity in the Crucible. That said, there are some pretty decent perks for a PvP rocket launcher available here.
Cluster Bombincreases the likelihood of a multikill with the extra munitions on impact. You can also go forImpulse Amplifierfor a near-instant rocket impact with the massive boost to velocity; it comes at the cost of reload speed, but you won’t have a second rocket anyway!
The second column is less interesting.Vorpal Weaponguarantees kills against guardians using their Super, so that’s my pick here.

How to get Hezen Vengeance in Destiny 2
Hezen Vengeance drops from theVault of Glass raid, meaning you’ll need to link up with a few others if you want this rocket launcher. It drops specifically from the Gatekeeper Labyrinth and Atheon encounters in the raid.
This weapon is craftable. Each week you clear the raid you can select Hezen Vengeance as your red-border Deepsight weapon. Once you’ve collected five of the rocket launchers, the crafting recipe will be yours at The Enclave.
Clearing Master-level raid encounters in theVault of Glasshas a chance to drop a Timelost version of Hezen Vengeance. This version comes with the curated roll from back in Destiny 1, plus two other perks for you to pick from.
