Apparently Microsoft ’s sound team ’s first battle is to unveil incisively who is behind some of those hideous ads by going through the court scheme . According to Microsoft on the Issues :
The lawsuits allege that individuals using the line names “ Soft Solutions , ” “ Direct Ad , ” “ qiweroqw.com , ” “ ITmeter INC . ” and “ ote2008.info ” used malvertisements to distribute malicious software or present deceptive websites that peddle scareware to unsuspecting Internet users . Although we do n’t yet fuck the names of the specific individuals behind these acts , we are filing these slip to help uncover the mass responsible for and forestall them from keep their effort .
