Harry Styles' mom, Anne Twist, has had enough.

Twist took toInstagramon Friday morning to call out the criticism her son has received sincedebuting his bold buzz cutdays ago — specifically pointing to the fact that he’s built his brand on kindness and acceptance and he’s not getting it in return right now.

All over a haircut.

“When you consider that H has a legacy of kindness and inclusion, has always made every effort to make everyone feel seen and appreciated for exactly who they are … there’s an irony in the negativity he’s been shown for having a haircut. Sorry but I don’t get it,” she wrote. She finished her caption with the hashtag TPWK, which stands for treat people with kindness, a catchphrase that has come to be synonymous with Styles and his work.

ThoughStyles' new buzz cutwas first teased last week when the “As It Was” singer was seen with Taylor Russell at a U2 concert in Las Vegas, the full unveiling in all its glory came just days ago when Styles' brand Pleasing shared a photo of him onInstagram.

This is far from the first time Twist has jumped online to defend her son and his work (she also has adaughter, Gemma Styles). Just last year, Twist used Instagram torespond to people criticizing his filmDon’t Worry Darling, also starringFlorence Pugh.

And if we want to throw it way back to Twist being an absolute mama bear, there was a time when a fan threw a Red Bull can at Styles while he was performing at a One Direction concert in 2015 and hit him in the head, and she was understandably not happy about it.

Shetweeted in angerafter the show, “So dangerous 😡 THINK!!”
