George Clooneyis returning to his agrarian roots.
“Growing up in Kentucky, all I wanted to do was get away from a farm, get away from that life,” Clooney shared in a recent interview withThe New York Times.
Decades later, the actor’s primary residence with his wife Amal and their children — twins Ella and Alexander, 7 — is a country house in France. Ironically, he reveals, “Now I find myself back in that life. I drive a tractor and all those things,” adding “It’s the best chance at a normal life.”
In addition to his family home in France,Clooney also has an estate in England, a villa on Lake Como in Italy, and another property close to his family in Kentucky.

Suitsstar Gabriel Macht may have taken his dedication to life out of the limelight to the extreme. Before returning for the show’s L.A. spinoff, he revealed that he andhis family were living outside the U.S.but was keeping the location (even the continent) a secret.
