I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’m actually looking forward to theco-op inMass Effect 3.

Now, don’t get me wrong; it’s not like I’m planning to forego the campaign in favor of it or anything. (I’m notinsane.) Butcome on! If anything, the mode just looks to add a bit to the story without detracting from the overall goal of the game (boning green women); what’s wrong with that?

Sure, the combat inMass Effectis nothing to write home about, but what’s the harm of a little extra replayability? And for those of you worried that it’ll distract from the real meat of the game, well, they said the same thing aboutPortal 2, and we all know howthat turned out.

Regardless, I suppose that’s a story for another week. (Next week, to be exact!) In the meantime, let’s get our FNF on!

The planning for FNF starts in theforums, where community members volunteer to host matches and post their pertinent details (game, time, Gamertag, etc.). Then, every Friday, reminder posts go up in thecommunity blogsfollowed by a recap post here on the front page for last-minute planning.
