WhileFortniteSeason 7 Week 4 is catching the tail end of Epic Games’ holiday festivities, including a snow-covered map and14 days of modes, there are still the usual challenges for players to complete as well. And for those that have completed two weekly challenge sheets for Season 7, they will see a new loading screen for a hint at Week 4’s hidden banner inFortnite.

The loading screen features aFortnitecharacter performing an aerial trick on a snowboard, with ahamster pettucked into her backpack. But in the distance, players can see theFortnitehidden banner on a building’s wall.

happy hamlet in fortnite

For those that haven’t learned thenewFortniteSeason 7 locationsby heart yet, this building can be found in Happy Hamlet, one of the new areas added in the latest big update. It’s meant to evoke the feel of a small, snow-covered town, not unlike Santa’s village or a nearby North Pole town.

To find the Week 4 secret banner, players will want to head into Happy Hamlet from the West (if they can). Land just outside of the town and then walk up the short pathway and into the village square.

If they turn immediately right/North, they should see a green building next to a store called Big Shots Espresso. The banner is on the third floor of the green building, so build a ramp or two up to that level and get close to the wall for the banner to appear. Collect it and you’re done.

It has been a big (real world) week forFortnite, with the launch of the 14 Days of Fortnite challenge, the return of old modes along with some new ones, and a holiday makeover for the map to celebrate Christmas. Still, it only seems like Epic Games is just getting started. 2019 is right around the corner and could prove to be even bigger, as Fortnite puts all of the revenue it has earned over the last 365 days to use.Crossovers with pop culture, map makeovers, and one-off events should only be the tip of the iceberg.
