Graffiti is cool , I guess . But graffiti that ’s been lit on fervor before the paint dries ? OK , now you have my attention .
Sure , fervour tagging is relatively grievous , what with a school in LA having been partially cauterize down from the practice , but as long as you ’re saucy enough to not assay it on the side of an old wooden b it should n’t be that defective . And some people are tagging with lighter fluid , making it less permanent than regular graffiti . Lighting pie-eyed paint on blast makes it permanent , but with burned accent , which is cool too . But something about making graffiti more of a performance and something to be witnessed powerful after it ’s done is specially pleasing to me .
Unless it was on the side of my convenience shop , in which suit I ’d call the cops on those no - good punks . [ GothamistviaFast Company ; Photo byFaith - Ann Young ]
