Division, a burst sidearm with Voltshot? Sign me up!
Burst sidearms are all the rage in Destiny 2, especially when they come with add-clearing AoE perks. Division is one such weapon and its god roll is one you won’t want to miss out on!
What is the Division god roll in Destiny 2?
Division PvE god roll
Division’s PvE god roll is pretty clear cut. We seeVoltshot, we take Voltshot — especially in a season surrounded by Arc buffs. Even without Heresy’s artifact mods a burst sidearm with the ability to jolt after a kill and reload is super strong.
All we’ve got to do is pair Voltshot with a decent first column perk, and we have a great option inEddy Current. We get improved reload speed and handling while sprinting, with the effects improved while amplified — which we’ll be constantly thanks to jolt on enemies.
This is a must-have for those making an Arc build or in a season involving sidearms in some way!

Division PvP god roll
This burst sidearm has a few PvP rolls that make it an ideal backup to a longer range primary weapon. I’m liking the hip fire combination ofHip-Fire GripandOffhand Strike, which improves Division’s range, stability, and accuracy after firing from the hip.
Tech into range with your barrel and masterwork if possible for a more consistent mid-range backup. If Offhand Strike isn’t your thing, go forEye of the Stormfor weapon bonuses while you’re low on health.
How to get Division in Destiny 2
Division is anEpisode: Heresyweapon, meaning it’ll drop from seasonal activities like The Nether. It’s an Act 2 weapon that arrived on March 11. you may use the Tome of Want to focus on episodic sidearms for an increased chance at getting a Division.
A few lucky players got their hands on Division early thanks to a Heresy launch bug. Setting the Tome of Want to Episodic weapons, it was possible for the sidearm to drop in Act 1. This bug has since been fixed.
This weapon cannot be crafted. Enhance your Division to unlock its upgraded perks.
