Diablo 4has many side quests for players to complete, even if they decide to skip the main story with a seasonal character to jump straight to the new content. Whilemany side quests inDiablo 4simply offer more XP, others will offer much more substantial rewards that shouldn’t be missed.
One of these major quests that players shouldn’t pass up on is Pinch Of Poison, which rewards players with a recipe for a unique elixir. While the elixir is fairly useful as is, the main benefit comes from the fact that players can use this elixir while another is also active, letting them double up on the bonuses and extra XP.

How To Complete Pinch Of Poison In Diablo 4
The Pinch of Poison quest is found in thesouthwestern town of Gea Kul, in a building in the northern part of town. Talk to Baraim and begin the quest to get a region to the north marked on the map. Players will need to find and defeat scorpions in that region to collect Scorpion Venom Glands. These don’t have a 100% drop rate, but more often than not, scorpions will drop them while this quest is active. Use the mini map on the top right of the screen to findscorpions as they will be marked with red dots. After finding and defeating the scorpions, return to Baraim to complete the quest and receive the recipe for the Elixir of Antivenin. Players can learn the recipe by using the item in their inventory to unlock therecipe at any Alchemist inDiablo 4.
This elixir doesrequireplayers to be level 35, costs 1,000 gold, and can be found in the Quest Elixir section at the alchemist. The true benefit to this elixir is that players can have this elixir in effect while another is also active. Normally, using a new elixir will cancel out the effects of a previously-in-effect elixir. As long as this elixir is used first, another elixir can be used along with this one to double up the effects and stack them, mostly benefiting from the boost in XP.
Some players have reported that using another elixir first won’t stack the effects but this doesn’t seem to be the case every time.
