The tournament takes place over four days and with a substantial prize pool, fans are back to watch their favorite teams in action. Which teams are part of the CDL Burbank Major?

Twelve teams form a part of the CDL Burbank Major 4. The twelve teams are as follows:

They are all partnered teams and their seeing in the Major will be determined basis of the qualifiers preceding the event. Toronto Ultra comes into the event as the #1 seed while Atlanta FaZe and Seattle Surge are close behind.

What is the tournament format?

The tournament has a double-elimination format. Teams have already gone through a rigorous qualifier seeding process, which will determine their seeding for the Burbank Major.

All matches in the Major are Bo5 series except for one. The Grand Finals will be a Best-of-seven affair, bringing the top two teams to contest across more maps than usual. This will also require the top teams to plan for a better map pool and have strategies in place for a more diverse kind of gameplay.
