TheBuilding the Bandcontestants range in age from 19 to 30, and come from a variety of different places around the world. They have diverse backgrounds as well. It’s going to be very interesting to see how the contestants got along after they created their bands based solely on their vocal abilities.
When she was a judge onThe X Factor UK,Nicole was instrumental in creating one of the biggest boy bands of all-time, One Direction, of which Liam was a member.Building the Bandwill give her another chance to strike gold in the music industry by helping to form and mentor new groups.

Based on their photographs in the Netflix Instagram post, theBuilding the Bandcontestants already look like stars, butthey’ll shine through their voices first. It’s going to be very intriguing to see how the contestants reacted to each other when they were finally revealed to each other.
Filming forBuilding the Bandwrapped in August 2024, so the contestants have been waiting a long time for the show to finally air after it was put on hold due to Liam’s passing.
There are at least two familiar faces in theBuilding the Bandcast.Malik was a contestant inAmerican Idolseason 21, during which he made it to the Top 26, and also inThe Voiceseason 10, during which he was eliminated during the Knockouts.
Elise was also anAmerican Idolseason 21 contestant, making it to the Top 26 as well. However, Malik and Elise’s fellowBuilding the Bandcontestants initially will only have the ability to recognize them by their voices.
Building the Bandhas a very interesting concept, and these 44 contestants seem ready for the challenge. Hopefully, the show will be a success forNicole and everyone else involved with it. In addition, it’ll be bittersweet to see Liam on screen after his untimely passing.Building the Bandcertainly has many reasons to watch, including its 44 exciting contestants.
