‘Let’s dance, boys!’

YouTuberMaster0fHyrulewants to show you what the rest of theSuper Smash Bros.roster would look like if they learned how to dance like Bayonetta. The results range from silly to disturbing.

The video shows most of the game’s characters performing Bayonetta’s dance taunt via a mod that allows for animation swaps. It works best when the other characters’ proportions are similar to Bayonetta, like Lucario and Captain Falcon. But when the characters have vastly different body types, the game will stretch or squash their proportions to fit the animation, which works on a whole different level. Jigglypuff and Kirby look like Rayman, while poor R.O.B. ends up suspended in midair, flailing its little plastic arms and looking like it’d rather be anywhere else.

Aside from the silliness, this video demonstrates that the mod community is beginning to have some fun withSmash Bros.for Wii U, and it might not be too long before we start seeing more playable custom characters and movesets.
